The CBD Projects site team working on a refurbishment and move management project will use personal contact with the staff to help the project move more smoothly. Our site manager will make himself known to key members of staff in all the teams sharing the space and will take the time with the clients property staff to update and notify them of any outstanding or upcoming action. This will also ensure the site team is known to the staff and will be on hand to deal with any problems that arise quickly and efficiently. |
