Special Construction Requirements

Project details
The 4 floors of fitout were carried out in conjunction with the base building upgrade of the 4 floors and amenities, all while the client was in occupation.

Swing space was negotiated with the base building owner to allow the movement of 1 floor of staff at a time, whilst their fit out and building upgrade was carried out.

Each floor took 5 weeks from moving of personnel to them re occupying their new desks. The works included full demolition, new ceilings, carpets, full fit out, toilets and all services upgraded.

Half of one floor became a large break out area with full kitchen along with flexible meeting rooms all with operable walls, to allow up to 300 people to attend staff meetings.

This fitout embraces the new way of working providing an activity–based workplace(ABWs) so you can work on your own or as a team in a setting that is conducive to the task.

Each of the 4 levels is defined by its colour theme.
