Special Construction Requirements
CBD Projects brief from Clinic 66, Sexual Health Clinic, was to create a commercial/industrial ambiance, a celebration of a building breathing & working.
The client also wanted to display art in the waiting area and for it to feel like a tranquil gallery environment.
So services were exposed in the reception area ceiling, Rustic Dome lighting & picture rails installed to allow artwork to be dropped down. Raw concrete finish to floor.
A plasma screen was imbedded in the reception desk allowing our client to show relaxing water & fire images.
This space in Chatswood was originally an Asian supermarket with cold room & multiple floor levels.
CBD Projects designers captured the view of the tropical garden & water fall for the Recovery Room.
Auto swing doors installed for Theatre & Recovery areas. Steri & 4 consult rooms constructed.
Large administration area created, located to ensure separation from the procedure area.
