Head Contracting

CBD Projects co-ordinate the entire building process on behalf of either the designer or end user, we operate as planner, coordinator and manager for building works. We are called head contractors because the majority of the work finally carried out on site is sub-contracted to specialist trade companies.

We are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time and to the price submitted, also we manage the quality throughout the process.

We carry all the required insurances as required by legislative authorities.
