CBD Projects as Construction Manager subcontracts with the trade contractors, purchases materials from suppliers and serves as the on site construction superintendent. Our job is to manage the projects resources in order to realize the full benefit of the project.

The fee for the Construction Manager is a fixed lump sum so we are concerned with focusing project resources on the project and not concerned with profits or litigation at the end of the project.
