Tendering & Negotiated Works

Due to time constraints we often find ourselves carrying out works under a negotiated contract, this is where we will firm up our costs as the information on a contract becomes available. This is advantageous to the client as works can start earlier than with normal tendered works, it also is testament to CBD Projects capabilities and trustworthiness with our clients that they choose to use the services of CBD Projects.
