Periodically the common parts/base of a building will need to be upgraded to maintain its parity with other newer buildings, this type of work is quite complicated due to the amount of use the common parts get from all existing tenants.

Preparing new offices for leasing

As floors become vacant within your building we can build inter tenancy walls to split floors into smaller tenancies for leasing; the walls will need to meet with sound proofing requirements.

We will re-organise air conditioning and electrical supplies to ensure all areas are separately serviced and controlled.
