Project Management
Your project manager follows a detailed project plan from the day we're appointed right through to the day your project is completed. Your project manager is your primary point of contact for the entire construction phase.
Your project manager is responsible for all site activity, from planning right through to handover.
Your project manager will liaise with the landlord and statutory authorities, handle site investigations, appoint contractors and direct the change control procedures including health and safety and quality management.
Weekly site meetings with you the client is just one of the ways we will ensure you are regularly updated with the status of your project.
Email updates of cost control, outstanding matters and dates answers are required, are sent regularly.
Minutes of large site meetings are taken and distributed.
Digitalised photographs are taken to record particular points.
