CBD Projects acted for the Building Owner and Sarah Lee in a full refurbishment and fit out of the building.

The building owner had purchased the entire building as a rundown office block, so a full building upgrade was required including all services, ceilings, flooring, toilets, car parking and lift.

Mid way into the refurbishment a tenant (Sara Lee) was found for the full building, so an integrated fit out was designed for Sara Lee, this included a new staircase and atrium to be constructed on to the front of the building for access between the 3 levels.

Due to the age of the building fire upgrades and BCA upgrades were carried out.
