Special Construction Requirements

The works to the 3 floors were undertaken under very tight timelines, with the client requiring the Data Room to be completed within the first 6 weeks to allow the company to migrate all data and communication seamlessly.

A new staircase was installed between levels 15 and 16.

All meeting and boardrooms were glass with glass operable walls to allow opening up of space for functions etc.

The supply of all furniture, joinery, graphics were also included within the contract.
