1. How much will the fitout cost?

Based on the fitout going into a new open plan office, the range of prices will be: Standard fitout i.e. back of house standard $400 - $650 per m2
Medium fitout i.e. middle management with areas of back of house $650 - $800 per m2
High quality fitout i.e. top management $800.00 - $1,200.00 per m2
Strip out and make good $75-$125.00 per m2
Medical Fitout $1500 per m2

2. How long will it take?

Estimating the costs from completed plans approx 1-2 weeks
Procurement timing approx 1 week to organise labour etc
Time on site approx 5 weeks based on an 800 – 1000m2 for an Office Fitout, Medical Fitout 7 weeks

3. How can we save time?

Negotiated works can be up to 30% quicker than traditional contracts

4. What are the normal payment terms?

CBD Projects normally ask for 30% deposit with the remaining 70% invoiced on a fortnightly or monthly basis with payment within 14 days

5. What is your quality like?

The fact that approx 80% of our works are for existing clients or are from recommendations are testament to the fact that our quality is first class

6. What are the costs of the mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services?

On average the services element of a contract amounts to between 40 – 60% of the overall costs

7. What insurances do you hold?

Workers Compensation
Combined Public and product liability to $20m
