The overall space was handed to us as a concrete shell: The works included a new shopfront, all new services, including air conditioning, sprinklers and power. A new multi level ceiling was installed.
New walls were built including specialist kennelling for the dogs and cats.
All joinery was purpose made including the central tree to the reception area and external shopfront trees.
All works were completed in 23 days working within the strict guidelines of the Rouse Hill Shopping Centre.
