To help in the decision process whilst selecting a new office, we can provide you with an initial space plan and indicative cost of a fitout for the shortlist of office spaces you are comparing.
Tracking your project
Then during your fitout we keep you informed and updated without bombarding you with every little detail.

  • Your project manager is responsible for all site activity, from planning right through to handover. He will liaise with the landlord and statutory authorities, handle site investigations, appoint contractors and direct the change control procedures including health and safety and quality management.
  • Weekly site meetings with you the client is just one of the ways we will ensure you are regularly updated with the status of your project.
  • Email updates of cost control, outstanding matters and dates answers are required, are sent regularly.
  • Minutes of large site meetings are taken and distributed.
  • Digitalised photographs are taken to record particular points.

  • Fitout Financing

    CBD Projects is finding that many healthcare and some commercial clients are interested in exploring the opportunities of financing a fitout or refurbishment project. Business financing has been common place for a number of years in IT spend and fleet management, there can be significant benefits when financing fitouts or refurbishments. For example:

    Bank borrowing facilities can be preserved.

    Taking independent finance will help preserve your company's or clients, bank borrowing facility, which may be needed for future projects or other business needs.
    Financing can help increase the scope or possibility of a project going forward.

Taking a lease can overcome a client's internal budget issues by transferring project spend to an ongoing revenue repayment rather than a limited capital budget.

 

The four basic methods of financing fit outs are:

In most cases, there is no requirement for additional security apart from the fit out and the guarantee of the borrowers. There are subtle differences in the various types of finance which can be discussed at the time of the application to determine the most appropriate method. Terms and residuals can also vary to suit cash flow requirements.
