The law states that “all employers must provide a safe and healthy work environment and their employees are provided with – and use – safe work practices”. Therefore when a client employs a contractor, the client has the responsibility to ensure that the contractor is meeting his responsibilities.

Our accreditation means that the clients due diligence requirements are fully covered, the client is fully assured that CBD is compliant in, Licensing, Insurances and OHS Systems.
