Special Construction Requirements

The original premises were a dilapidated video store, this we refurbished into a new medical centre comprising of 5 consult rooms, 1 pathology room, 1 x 2 bed treatment room including 2 electronic beds, waiting area for 46 people, reception for 2 and practice managers office.

All the works within the building were new including new ceilings, lighting, flooring, disabled toilet, air conditioning; underground drainage was rerouted to suit the layouts.

Also included within the works were new graphics and the design of the company image.

Full internal and external security cameras were installed.

This was a complete turnkey project, handing over a completed practice ready for the doctors to start seeing patients.
