Workshop - ambilical power & compressed air cabling.
Large breakout area with polished concrete.
Boardroom with whiteboard operable walls.
Open plan & indivual offices. Curved workstations.
Specialist construction requirements:
Installation of New complete Air Conditioning System to whole Tenancy - including carnage of Roof Plant.
Replication of Existing [old location] Comms Room Set-up, Power Distribution, UPS Facilities & reticulated Cabling was required to be completed to the Specific Requirements of the Client 3 wks prior to Occupation for line Testing and Equipment Installation.
