We took over the building as a rundown fashion warehouse.
The building required a full strip out of all existing interiors and the roof to the front was also removed.
A new deck was built in place of the existing roof to be used as an exercise area for the dogs; a new lift shaft was installed.
New air conditioning was required to condition the building throughout, necessitating in new roof plane and structural supports.
The interior of the building was then refitted to 5 star standards, including spa areas and grooming areas, a waterfall was built in the reception area, kennelling for 150 dogs and 50 cats, exercise areas, full kitchen to prepare meals for the animals.
Internet access for cameras was installed so that clients could view their dogs as they were being looked after.
